Risikodialog is an initiative founded by Umweltbundesamt Wien und Radio Ö1, that invites experts to panel discussions and events to debate some of the most imminent and crucial questions of our time in order to develop decision bases on a local, regional, european and international levels. What is the future of democracy? Which forms of energy can we use in the future to meet our enormous needs in a sustainable way? How are environmental burdens and resources distributed? How can civil society participate?

This film is a cinematic approach to some of the essential topics being discussed and strives to open up the dialogue to a broad public. In each scene of the film, we combined cinematic shots with various visual techniques, such as stop-motion, 2d/3d-compositing and motion graphics. It is narrated by brilliant voice-over artist Tina Baumgartner and the wonderful music is composed by Antoine Léchevin. Feel engaged!
